No communication with the customer. They payment went up and no one told us till the finance manager did the cm tract. The lease vehicle they took from me had overage mileage and 5 months left and they said they would take care of it. After the signing when the leasing company called they said they not paying the overage on the miles and that I was responsible. Very bad business the manager and sales rep have. Wouldn’t recommend to any family or friends to go there.

Although it was a great experience, I went to pick up my car at 4pm after dropping it off at 7:30 am and it was not ready yet. I had to come back again at 5:35 to pick it up. Devonte was wonderful and very helpful as always. All the people were kind and personable but making the extra trip back to pick up the car was an inconvenience.

THREE HOURS AT THE SHOP FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND ENGINE CONDITIONING. THAT'S A LONG TIME FOR A PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WHAT SAY YOU?

It was a simple check point, I arrived on time at 10am all good until them. And at 1pm I needed to approach to the desk to ask about my car - the person who received the car was not there - the one at the desk and when I signed the paper - the times were there: 1) the started working at 11:10am, 2) the finished the work at 11:50am. Nobody called me and I waited for more than 1 hour and I needed to approach then when I claimed they said "forgive". Unacceptable.

Took 5 days to fix my sunroof which they said would be less than a day. They ordered the wrong part or forgot a part 3 days in a row then had to redo it because it still wasn’t done properly.

I had a 2pm appointment in which I explained to the person who booked me that I would be a few mins late depending on traffic conditions prior to booking due to me leaving work at 1:30. They told me they would get me in and out, which didn’t happen. I was there for almost 2 hours.

once Cara got involved, all was perfect. she’s no nonense , punctual and informative. Whatever the situation is with car , just give me the updated facts. That’s exactly what she did and does. Mike , our salesman , also kept an eye on situation. Extra efforts by both Cara and Mike. This is our third curry chevy. There will be a fourth.

Financial peoples put a lot pressure to buy extra warrants. Sounds like if we don’t get a deal they don’t sale the cars. Not good when they get a no to the offer.

Your price for an oil change is ridiculous everywhere else it’s no more than $120 you are charging almost double the price of what I usually pay ripoffs

Repeat problem w/transmission that was worked on just over a year before. I was told that I should have trans flushed because fluid was DARK. I've worked on trannies and a DARK fluid usually slippage in the clutch plates. I was told last work was done because of code set and that for that work the tranny was drained of fluid and new installed after repair? If this is true then why was the fluid DARK after about 17 months?? Nothing was done to correct first gear down shift problem which was delayed down shift at nearly full stop. Also during 12 point check it was discovered that the crank handle for spare tire drop was missing one of three parts to enable flat change and the plastic access cover was broken. This is a used vehicle and I would think that the person that preps the vehicle for sale would have caught these issues?? Yesterday it was brought to my attention that this vehicle was possibly in a accident as there were no decals in the engine compart(A/C, Belt routing and others. I feel deceived by this dealership. I talked with my sales person about the crank handle and its access cover but have not heard back yet.

I brought my car to your service center for an inspection and oil change. Kenny checked me in, and made sure that everything I needed was addressed. He was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly.

The assistant manager was very pleasant and friendly. She came to get me once they were done with my vehicle. The services also didn’t take long at all. The only issue was the app to track your car’s progress it was slower than what the actual services were. When it said that my car was being serviced my car was actually done. It could have been the WiFi not sure but that was the only issue

We were immediately welcomed in and taken care of. We unfortunately got into a car accident one year into our lease, but they worked with us to immediately give us a great deal and got us a better payment than we had.

After returning all the way home the tire sensors are out . This is the same thing that happened last service date 3 months ago and I had to return back again. I am infuriated that I have to return again for the same . If it needs to be recalibrated then do so!!!!!!!

I brought my Blazer in for an oil change. I was able to get an appointment quickly, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

When I make an appointment and am asked if I am staying in the lounge area, I do not expect to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. If there was going to be a significant delay, an update would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Brought my truck in for service. It had an intermittent electrical problem. Truck has 4500 miles and I did not purchase from Curry. The service team took on the challenge. Took a few grueling days but Steve, Cara and Kenny took care of me with a loaner and after pulling their hair out finally figured it out. There was a defective switch in the tailgate. Truck back on the road. I would recommend Curry service to anyone as they repair all makes and models. Thanks to the Curry team and special thanks to Kenny who took my car in when 3 other dealerships refused Kenny treated me like a friend. 🤝

Everyone was very professional and helpful..

My car which worked when i drove in the service center, has more issue now that they found the one issue i came in with. Now my car wont even move again. My brother had a similar issue where he came to the dealership with one issue and left with 2 more.

When I called to schedule the apt I asked how many oil changes I had left because last time I was there I was told I had 2 left. Come to find out they said I had none left in the system. I think it is unacceptable that they “cannot see that” in service. It’s a sneaky way to get people to come in and service their car.

Was in for service, service and tire rotation completed. Tires were adjusted to my desired lbs.

They helped Me out and fixed my tire got screws stuck in the Back Right tire there great 👍

i HAVE A cHEVY Trax with less than 5,000 miles and needed an oil change or so the 1, million emails I receive every days suggests. I had that done and NYS State inspection. It was done but should it have taken over two and a half hours?

Cara in service was very nice and helpful But it took 8 weeks to get my vehicle back Never got a loaner car Had to pay $3,700 on rental van while mine was being repaired. Very, very frustrated by the whole process.

The Service was great with the Oil change and Rotation of Tires. I have been bringing my vehicle for service to this location for several years and has always used Credit Card for payment. Now, when using a Credit Card I am charged 3% because I am using a CREDIT CARD. This 3% should not be charged back to the Customer because the Customer did not choose the Credit Card Company for service, but Curry picks this Credit Card Company. Due to this new change and extra charge from Curry Chev, I will be taking my business to another location to have my vehicle serviced.
